Why hire a Coach?

 First thing that you should understand is what a coach does and what’s the need of one ? Which we covered in previous two articles, if you have not checked those out, I highly recommend you do.

Now the second thing that you need to understand is that nobody should force you to hire a Coach, hey if you are your biggest inspiration and you think you are the only one who could think and make the best decisions for yourself, why hire the coach in the first place?

But a lot of people get lost in the drafting, mapping, planning, initiating and finalizing the most important decisions of their life, so much so that when it’s actually time to work they feel burned out.

The need of hiring the coach in the first place is to hire someone who has a better experience with things, who knows what are the best possible options so you would not have to go through the troubles of finding the available options and then skimming through those for the best ones.

So hiring a coach is a need, not necessarily a necessity, but we should definitely not make it a luxury and make it available for all.
