To mistakes, bad decisions and worst experiences
We talked about change the other day but today I wanna talk about how to deliberately change yourself.
We all have our old selves that we are not so proud of, we have made mistakes, bad decisions and much more that we regret, but come to think of it those exact things are what made us who we are today.
Yes you might, hell, you probably have done things that you are too embarrassed to talk about but those “things” are part of your experience, they are part of you being a human.
So forgive yourself, because forgiving is the first step of accepting yourself, embracing yourself and allowing yourself to experience everything, the good, the bad and the worst.
