Far too many people....

 Far too many people are working in toxic work environments.

Far too many people are doing odd jobs.

Far too many people don't even have jobs.

Far too many people are looking for their “dream job”.

But the thing is nothing is in our hands.

It's not in our hands to completely change the dynamics of a toxic workplace.

It's not in our hands to get the job we want.

It's not in our hands to even get a job.

What's in our hands is to work hard not to earn more money but to change ourselves.

A lot of people complain about their unfavorable conditions but I haven't seen a lot of people actually do something about it as well.

When I was stuck in a job that I thought was not doing anything for me, all I did was to apply in hundreds of openings all day, that did nothing. So I stopped feeling sorry for myself and I made my job more fulfilling, I took more responsibility, took initiatives and learnt lessons for a lifetime.

Getting a new job was not in my hands while I was wasting my energy on it, what actually was in my hands was to get better at what I do and work hard, and believe me, it's my tried and tested method, when you genuinely work hard, not to earn more money but to get better, it's never wasted.
