Women and anxiety

Did you know that women are more likely to get anxiety and panic attacks as compared to men, they are biologically more sensitive hence more sensitive to stress more often.

And did you know that studies have shown that married working women offer from a higher level of anxiety disorders as compared to married non working women and I can vouch for that study as I am a living breathing example of it.

Women are not made to hustle like a bro, we cannot do that, we are not built like that.

In recent years, we have seen a rise in working women in Pakistan but I am afraid that we are not ready for it.

We love to blindly follow the western culture despite knowing that they might be wrong and very different from us.

Even in the west, women are more likely to resign after becoming a mother and even those who do work full time along with being a mother suffer from many mental health issues, the biggest one being always burning out.

Working women are a great asset for our country and our country's economy, but the working conditions offered are absolutely hell for women.

And for that same reason, my aim is to help women recognize their potentials and work on their own terms and for their own self, not only that but I also wish to provide a way for women who think that they cannot work and have a fulfilling home life as well.
